HAZEY DAZE - LONDON BEER FACTORY

I managed to order a few beers from these guys last week and was keen to try this unfiltered Session IPA. The London Beer Factory cans are very eye catching and also have a very unusual quirky ring pull which opens the entire top. Once opened, tropical aromas, notably mango were very prominent and on pouring, the ale had a very pale but vibrant golden opaque colouration/look. This ‘hazey’ golden beer had a small light white head and was only subtly carbonated, perfect for me. In terms of taste, this beer had tropical fruity flavours (pineapple, lemon zest, orange) with citra hops throughout combining with a very complementing light bitterness. At 4.6% it was full of fruity/zesty flavours, light sweetness and combined well with the subtle carbonation making it a very refreshing moorish drink. A definite for the Summer months!
