EVERY SECOND MATTERS - SIREN & GREEN CHEEK BEER CO

This California IPA collaboration is the second beer produced between Siren and Green Cheek Beer Co. I kept this one back to wait for the perfect opportunity to enjoy it and I certainly did. The aroma was hoppy and grassy and the beer had a hazy golden colouration with a white head. Carbonation was moderate and the beer was smooth and sweet in the mouth. Information on the can describes the complex mix of hops used; Mosaic, Citra, El Dorado and Simcoe. These hops did not fail to deliver a cocktail of flavours including citra and grassy notes underlined by stone fruit citrus and a pine/spice bitterness. With an ABV of 7.2% the beer was clean, fresh and easy drinking.
