FUZZY RECALL - LONDON BEER FACTORY & GAMMA COLLABORATION

This was my first collaboration NEIPA and the can itself looked class. The universe type design with eye catching hues and reflective stars gave it an out of this world look and I’m already a fan of the quirky full top ring pull. On opening, fruity/zesty aromas were dominant and the beer was a cloudy yellow with a good strong white head. Carbonation was visibly high and it looked a lively pint. The beer itself had a tropical taste but not that sweet with orange/lemon peel marmalade zest flavours in a big fizzy hit which combined well with a very dry bitterness. Certainly something different. A collaboration NEIPA at 6.3%, well worth giving a go especially as it hits the supermarkets.
